Orders will be dispatched directly from www.paquibarroso.com with delivery agency MRW.

Postage and packingcharges are:

SPAIN - Standard (5-7 Days) Delivery within Spain is charged 6 € in orders less than 60€. We offer FREE delivery for orders superios of 60€ .Usually PAQUI BARROSO do not do delivery to Balears Islands, Canary Islands or International, Please If you are from outside Spain please contact us for more information and we will send you an invoice.

If order does not arrive in the agreed time you should contac us as soon as possible with customer service of  www.paquibarroso.com .From the moment you contact us we will do everything we can to find out why the parcel did not arrived.

Returns 

If items are damaged you should conctact us at  pedidos@paquibarroso.es as soon as items arrives.

Orders can be returned if you contact Paqui Barroso before 14 days after purchased and  only if you kept the garment and packaging as it was sent. Once the return has been done, at the same delivery address MRW  will collect the order.  We will receive the order and check that garments is in perfect conditions and we will send you a voucher to you mail address for the same amount that you spend minus postage costs, the voucher can be exchanged in your next order at through our online shop , the voucher has two month as expire date.
